What we collect
Your name, email, date of birth, address and UK mobile number; your entries and payments; and basic device/usage data needed to keep the site secure.
Why we use it
To verify your age and identity, take entries, run draws, contact and pay winners, prevent fraud and multiple accounts, and meet our legal obligations.
Mobile verification
We verify a UK mobile by text to keep entries to one real person. Your number is used for account security and essential draw notifications.
Marketing
We only send news and offers if you opt in, and you can opt out any time by replying STOP or from your account.
The founding list
If you join our pre-launch founding list we collect just your email address, on the basis of your consent — we record when you joined and the exact wording you agreed to. We use it to send launch news and free-draw emails, each with a one-click unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe we keep your address only as a do-not-contact record. If you later open an account with the same email, your founding consent carries over to draw-news emails — you can change that any time in your account settings.
Sharing & retention
We share data only with the providers that help us operate (payments, identity, SMS, delivery) and where the law requires. We keep it only as long as needed, then delete it.
